The Rosy-Tony Chukwu Scholarship Foundation (RTCSF) was established in 2007 by Lady Rose Tony Chukwu, lovingly
known as the "Mother of Unparalleled Kindness."Born in Aba to Afikpo North parents and married into
the Chukwu family of Umuihechikwu-Umuawuchi Owerre, Ehime-Mbano LGA, she launched the foundation to build
human capacity through education. Starting with 14 university students, the initiative has expanded to support
hundreds from Afikpo North and Ehime-Mbano LGAs.
